Dog Watch is all about having a good time! Dave & Wendy Eck and Clay Burkhalter, along with their staff, couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. Put your name in for a table at this favorite amongst locals and grab a beer and a game of cornhole out back at the ‘Dog Pound’ while you wait. Enjoy great food and a casual atmosphere tucked in Dodson’s Boatyard.

Water Street Café offers a casual, eclectic atmosphere – there is always a great energy due in part to the owners Stephanie & Walter Houlihan warmly welcoming their guests and being hands on in the kitchen. Whether it’s the fisherman’s catch of the day or the ever-juicy Mac’s tomatoes, everything is as fresh and delicious as can be.

Indulge Coffee and Sandwich, Co
Indulge Café presents a calming and inviting atmosphere, offering a great space to sit and chat or spend time working. The small café, located right across the lawn from the Stonington Library, serves an array of sandwiches, breakfast foods and pastries. Owner Geri Moran has created the perfect spot to grab a cup of coffee and relax on a lovely day in the Borough.

Zack’s Bar and Grille
Step into the comfort of our neighborhood watering hole. Zack’s is not your typical bar and grille, in fact, it may be just the opposite. While you can order casual bites such as nachos and burgers, they are also known for their Shrimp Scampi and Filet and Scallops (Stonington’s local scallops) dishes. Owner Lynn Tsagarikis sets the tone for your relaxed visit and you will leave feeling full and well cared for.
