All rates are subject to change. Included in your nightly rate is a wine and cheese reception each night from 6-7:00 p.m. as well as a continental breakfast each morning from 8-10:00 a.m. Your rate also includes parking, high speed internet as well as water and assorted soft drinks per request.

Because of our intimate size, we uphold a strict 7-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. In cases of cancellation WITHIN 7 days of the arrival date, regardless of reason, the guest is responsible for the total amount of the reservation. There are no exceptions made for medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, ferry reservations etc. The guest is responsible for shortened stays or later arrivals.  If you have any concerns about our cancellation policy we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Two (2) Night Weekend* Minimum Stay Required (Friday & Saturday or, at times, a Saturday & Sunday are available). We can occasionally accommodate a one-night Friday or Sunday stay. Always call to check weekend availability. July 15th – September 4th requires a two-night stay. Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day Weekends require a three (3) night stay. New Years Eve (only) is priced at the Summer Weekend rate.  Thanksgiving is priced as a weekend night.

Check-in is any time after 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

The Inn can accommodate children over the age of 14 years-old.

We love animals but, due to our room set up, we can not accommodate them.   We would be happy to make a recommendation for a local boarder.

The guest room gas fireplaces are shut off during the warm weather months (June – September).

The Inn has a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the buildings.  There will be a minimum $100.00 cleaning charge to anyone who smokes in the buildings.
